Silver spray paint, i lined up all the cards and clamped them together with bulldog clips, with mount board either side to protect the cover and back.
sorry about the photos, my housemates made me spray paint these in the basement.
It looked quite smart, however the paint started to chip off the buisness cards and run all over the front and back of the business card, and due to choosing the whitest of stocks every business card started to look messy.
