I have decided to scrap my previous plans to design wallpaper, and brand a wall paper company. Even though i feel i would of enjoyed this brief, it's not really got anything to do with the type of designer that i want to be. Would of been an interesting brief to under go allowing me to utilise print processes within uni, repeat patterns just isn't my bag.
Instead i have decided to produce a contemporary typeface design to be used within the fashion industry. Type design is something that i havnt really explored yet, so i feel it will fit well in my portfolio for when i finish.
Hopefully being able to tie in 2 briefs at once, Gemma Wallis' branding and typeface production to be used throughout.
