I then tried seeing how the typeface sat on just block colours for promotions, i felt these worked better for showcasing the letters, even though the typeface was not shown in context of what its purpose was, this way doesnt deter your eyesight from the typeface itself with unnecessary imagery. Also the use of the typeface itself should be quite self explanatory.
